Tata Sky(Tata Sky)-tata sky not providing solutions

Hi I have taken a connection of Tata sky on 30th October after one day connection was shut down from Tata sky bcoz of nds no.wrong mentioned in record one week connection shut down after complaint told that we will extend your one week connection recharge on 7th of December but again connection was shut down on29th November after complaint received a call from billing department mr.vishal said we will not providing any credit of one week very rude on call with customer please provide me a solution
