Samsung(SAMSUNG)-Not Provided Warranty Support service -SAMSNG GALAXY TAB

Dear Team, I bought the SAMSUNG GALAXY tab from JBHIFI Sydney Australia on date 26th DEC-15. That time, JBHIFi representative told me, SAMSUNG company is providing the warranty support across the world and I will get a warranty support in India if my TAB will have any issue. Due to personal issue ,I moved to India permanently in month of Feb16.Since JUN16, my TAB is not working and I did follow up with SAMSUNG support team but they are not ready to repair my TAB as a warranty support service.They are asking for pay the repair charges.Miss Sapna from SAMSUNG (sapna.s12@partner.samsung.com) support team called me asked for agree to pay the repair charges before proceed to repairing process. I am asking to you if SAMSUNG ready to repair on chargable basis then why I am not eligible for warranty services. I bought this TAB in 540 AUD dollars and its very huge amount for me. I am expecting warranty support from SAMSUNG and my TAB need to be repaired by SAMSUNG.
