I transferred 5000rs from bank to Payzapp and it was deducted from my bank but wasn't transferred to my bank, I sent them emails and they didn't reply. I registered a complaint on consumercomplaints.in and then I got so many calls right away. I picked one and he said you have registered a complaint about Payzapp, what's the issue. I told him everything and he said I will arrange a refund, give me your card details. He said once you get the refund please remove the complaint and I said okay. When he disconnected the call I got two messages, he charged me twice for 31900rs and 15000rs. His phone number is not connecting. His number is +917558432325. I got another call and he said he will check this fraud and asked me card details. I said no I will call my bank and he disconnected the call. I have bills to pay. Please look into this and help me to get my money back. It's a very huge amount for me and I was saving it to pay my credit card bill on 7th of Sep.
