We Purchase one lionix B-111 High Speed Portable 5200mah Powerbank Against Order No.119747959 We received on 06-Jul-2017. When we open and Connect its not work We immediately call once confirm its technical fault in Product and inform to customer care for same. they commit time for two days and say within two days person came and do return process. We wait but no one come. then we again call for same the customer care said we need to visit Repair center for the product its under warranty period. We cant exchange it. My question is why we will suffer for faulty product and why they mention wrong process of exchange online if they advice consumer for repair center.they should mention correct process of return online they misguide consumer. i want piece to piece exchange or money back from their end. we will not visit any repair center. waiting for your Revert.
