Motorola A Lenevo Company(MOTO X PLAY)-Delaying in the delivery of mobile from service centre
I took my mobile (Motorola, XT1562 moto X play-32 GB) having connectivity problem in the service centre (Ensure-050-Innovation Computer, Nagpur) on dt. 15.10.2016. Technical team inspect my mobile carefully and told me that device is having mother board issue which is replaceable as device was in warranty period and promise to return the mobile within 30 days. After the first 15 days when I tried to contact them number of times on their mobile phone, they didn’t pick up the call. Then I visit their their service centre again and started taking their follow up regarding my mobile but the reply was same, “The Motorola mobile status of SRINE0501610150004 is waiting for part. We will revert you once the device is ready.” After 30 days I lodge a complaint in the Motorola customer care with complaint ID- 161117000582, they promised me to deliver my mobile ASAP, but likewise customer care team also manipulating me like anything by giving me reasons like our technical team will call you, our repair&maintenance team will call you etc. But there is no proper response and progress found towards my mobile handset. Till date I haven’t got my mobile Being a corporate employee I cannot stay without my Smartphone and nobody in this modern era as well. I want you to take strong action against Motorola company and service centre as well. And I want proper compensation cause by delay.
